Welcome to Wilton Primary Academy

The purpose of education at Wilton Primary is to provide all our children with the key knowledge to embrace the opportunities and challenges they encounter. The understanding of key values is embodied through ‘Wilton expects we show Determination, Independence, Collaboration and Compassion’. The academy provision supports our children to be well prepared for lifelong learning in order to have a positive impact on their own lives and the lives of others.

We believe that every step of your child’s education is as important as the one before and with this in mind, we continually provide memorable learning experiences throughout their learning journey. We are committed to developing each child’s unique potential within a secure and caring environment. We believe that our children should not only reach their best academically, but also develop a thirst for knowledge and a love of learning. Our children have excellent learning behaviours, are eager to learn and are proud to be academy citizens. Please look at the weekly blog, social media posts and academy gallery to see what it is like to be a pupil at Wilton Primary Academy.

Please explore the website to find further information and if you have any questions or require additional information, please contact the academy office.

We celebrated our spring term Diamond Standard winners today. These are people who have been nominated by staff or children who go above and beyond to show Care, Curiosity, Courage, Commitment or Creativity. Congratulations to you all.

Care- Mrs Collier
Mrs Collier always shows lots of care and compassion towards all of the children in the academy. She is always busy and working hard but still finds time to make each child feel special.

Curiosity- William
William has an insatiable thirst for knowledge. He has amazing general knowledge and the depth of his knowledge of certain topics if phenomenal. He asks questions relentlessly and always wants to find out more.

Commitment- Olly
Olly is a fantastic role model and always shows the highest level of commitment to his work and life in the academy. He is willing to help and support others in his cheerful and polite manner.

Courage- Grace
From her very first day, Grace has worked her hardest to adapt to the new routines and curriculum in England. She soaks up every piece of advice she is given and is truly committed to improving herself to be the best she can be. Grace has also joined choir and ready to commit to performing as well.

Creativity- Sophie
Sophie has a very vivid imagination and loves to read. She takes all of the ideas she has and creates exciting and interesting stories. Sophie has also set up a litter picking club in the village to encourage others to collaborate and work together to keep the village tidy.
